COVIR : A RELIABLE EDGE FOR EFFECTIVE DISINFECTION OF PUBLIC ENVIRONMENTS, TOUCHED SURFACES AND EQUIPMENTS

Environmental disinfection and cleaning is vital to prevent and mitigate infection of public surfaces and spaces. Pathogens like MRSA, C.difficule and even coronavirus (COVID-19) can survive in an environment for hours, days or even weeks depending on it's lifespan and other influential factors.
These viruses or pathogens are highly detrimental to the human health. For example, several countries and sectors have been decimated by impact of the COVID - 19 outbreak. Nonetheless, reports have shown that proper sanitation and disinfection of public environments and touched surfaces can help curb and control the spread of the disease or other viruses.
However, practicing manual disinfection or decontamination is partially effective and susceptible to human errors. Moreover, partial decontamination or cleaning can influence risk of spread in pathogens outbreak because of their resilience. Hence, a solution has been proposed by Covir.io in partnership with OctopusRobots to address this issue. This solution involves introducing automated and intelligent robots that can effectively disinfect public environments and touched surfaces effectively to limit spread of diseases.

The company is a pioneer in sustainable development and expansion projects, environment, green energy and Biosecurity. On the other hand, OctopusRobots is a French Agtech and public limited company with focus on Biosafety and development of advanced technologies to improve lifestyle of modern society. The company has been listed on stock exchange since March, 2018 on Euronext Paris Access compartment.
Both of these companies have a common interest in modern development and Biosecurity, thus with their partnership, OctopusRobots will introduce their Biosafety scheme, which involves development and deploying of technology for disinfection of surfaces and environments. This remarkable technology is built as a mobile, advanced, intelligent and modular robot based on micro-nebulization design. OctopusRobots Biosafety robots can serve as the best tool in the war against COVID-19 and other viruses or diseases.

COVIR TOKEN DETAILS
The project is driven by CVR token which is issued as the trademark cryptocurrency built on Tezos blockchain with maximum amount of 400,000,000 CVR. Pertaining CVR sale, token smart contract automates swap between Tezos blockchain token (XTZ) and CVR to be minted and transferred. 10 CVR is swapped in ratio of 1 XTZ and XTZ holders will receive CVR Airdrop.
